Cagliari

Cagliari was so beautiful. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to explore the area, but I saw some amazing views of the land from the sea. My family and I went on a sailing expedition for the day. Our guide’s name was Leo; he lived in Cagliari for his whole life. My family and a couple from America were with me on the boat. We got to know the couple pretty well and we kept running into them throughout the week. We stopped at Poetto beach and swam in the Sardinian water. The water was so clear and warm compared to some of the other beaches I have been to. Leo was so nice and it was interesting to hear his story. It’s amazing to see how different lifestyles can be. I am very happy I had the pleasure of meeting Leo.
